EXFOLIATE

Exfoliating the skin is a crucial step to establishing a flawless canvas. This will remove all dead skin on the surface of your face leaving a fresh and polished skin

Exfoliate for the last time 2-3 days before your wedding day

BALANCE

Ensuring your skin behaves by using an effective toner is crucial for the following reasons: shrinks pores, balances pH levels on the skin, adds a layer of protection, refreshens the skin, and helps with ingrown hair (for the grooms)

SERUMS

Dark spots, blemishes, scars, dullness, and wrinkles all reasons why you should at least be using an effective serum

MOISTURIZE

We all need to moisture, regardless the condition your skin is in. Using an effective moisturizer will lock in the necessary balance to achieve supple and beautiful skin

Moisturize your face the night before your wedding day

PREVENTIONS...

NO BAKE

Tanning beds actually burn your skin and create texture. Foundation will not look good over burnt skin. If you need to tan the body, cover your face or get a spray tan. Natural sun is OK in moderation. Use SPF every day.

HAIR REMOVAL

This should be done no later than 3 days before your wedding day to ensure your skin has time to calm and neutralize itself.

NO CHANGES

Do not change your skin regimen right before your wedding day. If you want to try a new product you must do so 2-3 months before your wedding. Often times changing your creams can cause your skin to react and break out.

HYDRATE

Coconut water is great as well. This is the easiest thing you can do to give your skin that natural glow. The sooner you start this routine the better your skin will look. Do not drink any alcohol the day before your wedding. Alcohol dehydrates your skin making your skin and under eyes look tired. Too much alcohol can give the skin a dull look.

BEAUTY REST

You will feel less stressed and will have more energy, less puffy eyes and overall will feel great!
